A beautiful baby girl, Zakiya D. Frazier was born into this world at Memorial Hospital in Hollywood, Florida to the proud parents of Latoya Frazier and Zarkia Frazier.
Zakiya attended Southwest High School in Macon, Georgia where she received her diploma. She attended nursing school but wasn’t able to accomplish her courses due to her illness. Her hopes of becoming a nurse didn't work out unfortunately. Zakiya was an active member at Mt. Haven Baptist Church since 2007 where she served the Lord with gladness. Zakiya tried her best to put the Lord first in everything she did. She loved to start her days out with worship and prayer that covered throughout the day. She was a creative person in so many ways, she loved to sing, write poems, draw and loved to decorate things. She always said, “you reach one , you can teach one spiritually.”
On Saturday, March 23, 2024, she was called home to eternal rest with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. God paved the way for her to join her father who died on November 16, 2019 and her grandparents.
Zakiya leaves to mourn her loving mother, Latoya Frazier; her grandfather, Bobby Bush, Sr.; her companion, Steffon Lott; her sisters, Terraneka, Zaria, Shatoya, Kiandra; brothers, Za'Hiem, Za'Mir, Zeremia; nieces, Harmonii, Chasity, Khalisi; nephew, Kimonii; god-brothers and god-sisters; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and God - parents.
