Mr. Willie Frank, born October 20, 1947, to Ms. Ellen Loftly, was a man of extraordinary character, known for his unwavering love and dedication to his family and friends.

Willie was a devoted husband to Flora A. Morant, with whom he shared thirty-two wonderful years of marriage. Their union was a testament to enduring love, partnership, and mutual respect. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, cherished memories, and unwavering support for one another.

He was a hardworking man who dedicated eighteen years of service to the Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company. His strong work ethic and commitment to excellence earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues.  His professional dedication was a reflection of the values he held dear and served as an example to everyone around him.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Willie was a pillar of support to his family and friends.  He touched countless lives, leaving an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

On January 14, 2025, Willie Frank was called home, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ms. Ellen Loftly.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Flora, his sister Mae Frances Jenkins of Fort Meyers, Florida, four brothers, Wayne Albert Travis of Fort Meyers, Florida, Kenneth Boisy Harris of Fort Meyers, Florida, Barney Jerome Smith of Texas and John Gregory Jones of South Carolina; nine children, Shancear Jones of Macon, Georgia, Andros Morant of Macon, Georgia, NiJar (Jeremy) Moss of Macon, Georgia; Zenia Morant of Macon, Georgia, Ashley Morant of Macon, Georgia and Kenny Morant of Fort Meyers, Florida, Zebulan (Renarda)  Morant of Macon, Georgia, Zachary (Celeste) Morant of Macon, Georgia and Calisa (Corbin) Smith of Macon, Georgia and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. While his absence is deeply felt, the memories of his love, laughter, and unwavering support will continue to bring solace to his family and all who were blessed to know him.
