Willie Bernard Marshall, Sr.

Willie Bernard Marshall, Sr was born on January 18, 1957 In Macon, Ga to his parents the late Mr. Willie Lee Willis and the late Mrs. Lula Mae Marshall Harris. Affectionately known as "Bee", he was a man of great warmth, kindness, respect, and generosity.
Willie attended Bibb County schools and later began his career as a dedicated car mechanic in which he gave many years to Bubba's Tire Company and Grady's Automotive Services. A man of deep abiding faith, Willie was a member of the Greater New Bethel Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Arthur L. Gordon, Il. God guided his actions and he remained committed to his church family until his health declined.
On Saturday May 3, 2025 at 3:18pm, Mr. Willie Marshall, Sr. peacefully departed this life to be reunited with the lord. He was proceded in death by his mother Mrs. Lula Mae Marshall Harris, his father Mr. Willie Lee Willis, his brother Mr. Arthur Stubbs, and his sister Ms. Martha Marshall.
Willie was a devoted life partner, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, church member, and cherished friend. He leaves behind his dedicated life time partner Mrs. Shirley Cordes Marshall; his son Willie Marshall, Jr; 7 daughters: Seletha Doston, Cassandra East(Jay), Sharon Gibson (Johnny), Veronica Doston, Teresa Bradley, (James), and Ashley Lockhart; 6 brothers: Eddie Marshall, Artis Marshall, Freddie Marshall, Terry Jackson, Billy Marshall, and Jerry Marshall; sister: Kathlian Hill; 22 grandchildren: Amere, Journii, Mellany, Erick, K'Mora, Jayden, Gabrielle, Quamell, Jakeh, Dorian, Zaria, Marcus, Lavartez, April, Ebony, India, Jasmine, Omari, Zaikya, Ala, Asiana, and Aubrey; 14 great grandchildren, his best friend Mrs. Ethel Taylor, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. His memory will forever be treasured.
