Walder Ross, Jr. Obituary

Celebrating the Life of Walder Ross JR. Sunrise Sunset October 31, 1947 March 10, 2025

Walder was born on October 31, 1947 to the parents of Walder Ross SR. and Millier R. Ross. Walder entered into the Marines (Branch-Vietnam) in 1965 and served two tours and received two purple hearts. He was honorably discharged. Walder continued to live in Florida as he began to plan for his future and make a life for himself. He started his life in the construction business focusing on putting in plumbing for homes and small businesses. He worked under Mr. Coon in West Palm Beach Florida. As Mr. Coon continued to train him in his profession he grew to love it and continued on with it until he moved back to Macon Ga. in 1974. He continued in his profession in GA for the next 30+ years until he retired. As he continued in his profession, he also enjoyed being a wonderful Father to his children. They were his world and his joy throughout his life.

Preceding Walder in death was his father Walder Ross Sr., his mother Millie Rutland Ross, his two sisters Audrey and Barbara, his brother Cecil and one grandchild Sean.

Walder leaves behind three awesome brothers: Jimmy Ross ( Linda), Anthony L Ross, and Richard D. Ross. Former Wife (Linda Ross) Four loving children: Karin, Walder Ross III, Angela, and Cheryl. Grandchildren: Tiffany, Brandon, Sierra, Aria, Mark, Paul, Ashley, and Melody. Great Grandchildren: Scottland, Xaviour, and Elisha. Walder also leaves behind a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts, and Friends. Walder was a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle and friend.

He will forever live in our hearts and will always be loved and missed by his family.
