Violet Jarrell Pitts was born July 27, 1932 to the parentage of Edgar Jarrell and Inez Driskell Jarrell. She was reared in the Bolingbroke and Juliette areas of Monroe County, Georgia. Later, she met and was united in Holy Matrimony to Oliver Pitts, in which they have endured 71 years of love, joy, and legacy. She was affectionately called “Gallie” and “Lil Sister.”
God in His infinite wisdom called her home peacefully on Sunday, July 13,2025 to join the Heavenly Host.
