His Life: Troy Antonio Hill, affectionately known as "Tootie" was born the third child of five children to Freddie St. and Ola Hill on December 13, 1973, in Macon, Georgia. On Sunday, January 25, 2026, he departed from his earthly home to eternal rest with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his father, Freddie Hill Sr., and oldest brother Fredrick Hill.
His Story: Troy attending the Bibb County School System and was in the class of 1993 at Northeast High School. Throughout his life he enjoyed spending time with his family, planning family gatherings, listening to music, and watching sports. He was richly supportive of his nieces and nephews' endeavors and cared for them dearly.
His Faith: Troy was introduced to Christ at an early age. He grew up in the church and remained steadfast in his faith and belief in God. Through life's challenges, Troy was humble and acknowl edged the Lord in all his ways because he knew all things were possible to those that believed in him.
His memories: His unwavering love will forever be cherished by his loving and caring mother, Ola Hill; brothers, Freddie Jr., (Walteria) Hill, Stacey Hill, one sister LaShanda Hill (Robert Williams); His chosen brothers, Clarence "C]" Stephens, Keith Duncan and Vencey Little; Aunts; Mavis Smith, Shirley Little, Vivian (Pete) Brewer, Dorothy (Tony) McIntyre, Betty Hill; Uncles; Joseph (Gail) Smith, Wille James, Howard (Vannette) Hill; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives; a loving and devoted friend, Sumekia Calloway, special friends, Shaun Jackson and Cliff Scott; and fervently, his paw pal
