Throughout his military career, Tommy worked diligently and demonstrated a strong commitment to his career. He pursued various career opportunities. He worked as a used car salesman and a furniture delivery person while still serving in the Army. Tommy also gained valuable experience working in Saudi Arabia for Raytheon and later at Hayward Baker in Maryland. Finally, after retiring from Hayward Barker, Tommy moved back to his beloved state and home, Georgia.

Tommy was a man of many interests and hobbies. He had a colorful and compassionate personality, always showing love and care towards others. He had a deep passion for cooking and eating, which brought joy to those around him. In his younger years, Tommy even ran away with a carnival, showcasing his adventurous spirit.

When he wasn't working or indulging in his culinary pursuits, Tommy enjoyed spending time outdoors. He found solace in camping, fishing, and hunting. Above all, he cherished moments spent with his family and friends, creating lasting memories together. Tommy also had a love for travel, exploring new places and experiencing different cultures.

Tommy will be dearly missed by his loved ones. He is survived by his sons, Thomas (Mary) Hulett and Jason (Tonja) Hulett, as well as his grandchildren, Eleanor, Elizabeth, Layla, and Thaniel Hulett. He is also survived by his brother, Daniel (Tonya) Hulett, and his sisters, Ann (Mike) Martin and Barbara (Hank) Holland. Tommy shared a special bond with his uncle, Robert Hulett, and several nieces, nephews, and many cousins who will all miss him tremendously.

Tommy was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Sharon Marie Lincoln Hulett, his mother, Nell Cannon, his father, Earl Hulett, and his brother, Harry.

Tommy was of the Southern Baptist religion and found comfort in his faith. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date to honor and remember Tommy's remarkable journey.
