Tawrence Demarr Ferguson, Sr.

Mr. Tawrence Demarr Ferguson Sr, son of Tonia Andrews-Smith (Calvin) and Stanley Ferguson (Celie) was born on October 4th, 1989, in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Tawrence also known as “Shuckles” was known for his goofy personality as well as his avid love for fishing. He was a loving father to his four sons, Jay’vion Ferguson, XZay’Vion Ferguson, Tawrence Ferguson Jr., and Kyree Ferguson.

In high school,  Tawrence was a star athlete in football and made many amazing friends along the way such as his right-hand man of 20 years, Corey Hudnell. He then moved on to Macon, Georgia where he raised his children in peace with the help of Adrienne Dennis and Dreyanna Adams. As well as creating new memories with many amazing individuals from his many jobs which includes Peeks Pavement, Amazon Warehouse and his personal favorite, Meals on Wheels.

No job or role was as serious as his dedication to his sons. Aiming to raise them to be the best gentlemen and hard workers, Tawrence left them with many valuable lessons in life, one of which was to “never give up.”

He is survived by his sisters, Tiaon Andrews, Shatavia Smith, and Alexia Ferguson; brothers, DeGregory Ferguson,  Kendric Ferguson and T’Quion Smith; maternal grandmother, Patricia Andrews; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and sorrowing friends to cherish his memories and ability to truly live the best life he possibly could.
