Ricky D. Hutchings, Jr.

Ricky Dewayne Hutchings, Jr., a man whose kindness and quiet strength left a lasting imprint on everyone he met.  Ricky was born on July 28, 1983, in Macon, Georgia to the late Ricky Dewayne Hutchings, Sr. and the late Cheryl Ann Howard.

Ricky earned his G.E.D. in March 2012 and that same year he married the late Demetrice Patrick.

In 2021, he moved to Hoonah, Alaska and began working at Icy Strait Paint where he became a Gondola Operator Supervisor until his death.  

Ricky leaves to cherish his memory his devoted grandmother, Katie L. Green who raised him most of his life; a devoted aunt, M. Bessie (Charles) Martin; aunt, Bobbie Askew; uncle, Bobby Howard; devoted cousins, Kimberly Hutchings, Latara (Shamarko) Smith, Natasha Hutchings, James Hutchings, Jr. and a host of other relatives, cousins and friends
