Obituary

Ralph Edward Faulkner, also known as “Faulk,” was born to the parentage of Ethel M. Taylor Faulkner and Horace Faulkner, Sr. in Macon, Georgia.

He was educated in Bibb County School System where he attended Ada J. Banks Elementary School,  Ballard Hudson Junior High School and Willingham High School. He played football, basketball and tennis. He received his high school diploma from Bibb Tech.

Ralph also held certifications in plumbing, refrigeration and roofing as well. He served this country as a member of the United States Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ethel M. Faulkner Taylor and Horace Faulkner Sr., and three sisters: Carol L. Coxton, Dorothea Faulkner affectionately known as “Dottie” and Joann Spivey.

Ralph is survived by his brother, Horace Faulkner, Jr.; two sisters, Beverly F. (Artis) Daniel and Annette (Henry) Hubbard; four children, Jamaica Alexander, Marada Alexander, Carlos Faulkner and Carles (Recho) Grayer; five grandchildren, Adarius Bailey, Marquencio Bailey, Carlaysia Barnes, Carlos Faulkner, Jr. and Trinity Faulkner; one great-granddaughter, Armoni Bailey; his dearest and lifelong friend, Jerry Daniel; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
