Myion Mahone - Hubbard was born August 26, 1948 at Macon Hospital in Macon, Georgia to the parents of George and Odessa Marsh - Mahone.
She attended Green Street Elementary School and graduated from Peter G. Appling High School. She obtained her diploma from Cordon Bleu in culinary and hospitality. She worked for Aviata at Rosemont Orlando, Florida where she retired after 30 years of service.
Myion married Gary Hubbard which they later divorced. She was affectionately known as “Big Baby” by her grandchildren. She loved to cook and paint, but most of all, she loved watching YouTube.
Myion was preceded in death by her parents, George and Odessa Mahone; daughter, Silviyant Nicole Mahone; granddaughter, Chasity Hawker; two brothers, Archie and William Goolsby; two sisters, Gloristen Harris and Cynthia Mahone.
Myion leaves to cherish her memories to her daughter, Valaya Hawker of Macon, Georgia, Marcus Mahone, Mike Mahone, Renard Mahone and Kamilli Hawker of Orlando, Florida, Shamir Bergeron (Brian) of Mount Dora, Florida, Shay Mahone, QraShala Johnson (Anthony), QraShari Mahone of Orlando, Florida, Ronnie Mahone (Enollia) Alphonso Mahone of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Yvette Mahone of Orlando, Florida, Renee Pless (Leonard) of Lizella, Georgia, Deborah Simmons (Chester) of Groveland, Florida; 21 great grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She will be remembered by how she took care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was the best mother, grandmother, sister and friend. We will miss her so much.
