Mattie Bell Burnett

Mattie Bell Burnette was born on April 26, 1934, in Baldwin County to the parentage of the late Lester Simmons and Etta James Curry.

She attended Ballard Hudson High School in Bibb County and graduated with class of 1952.

Mattie was preceded in death by one son, Tony Burnette, Jr. and four brothers and five sisters.

She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Todd (Lisa) Burnette and Timothy Jolly.  She had eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
