Keyontae Walker, affectionately known as "Bubba," was born on December 11, 1990, in Macon, Georgia. On July 25, 2025, he transitioned from this life, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Keyontae was a graduate of Southwest High School.
Keyontae was the cherished son of Lisa Walker and step son of Gary Lockhart. He was a devoted brother to Kenyarda Lockhart of Macon, Shuntiernee Henderson of Atlanta, GA. Extended family Shelita Adams, Connie (Emeka Sr) Burton, Tequila Hogan, and Byron Hogan, all of Lincolnton, Georgia. He also shared a special bond with his god-brother Kerrikue Smith and god-sister Paige Raines.
Bubba was known for his joyful spirit, infectious laugh, and playful sense of humor. He had a unique gift for making others smile through his teasing and lighthearted jokes. Always sharply dressed and well-groomed, Bubba took great pride in his appearance. His love for his family and friends was evident in every interaction, and his ability to connect with people meant he truly never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his loving grandparents, Lillie Pearl Walker and Ephiram Walker, his uncle Michael "Charlie" Kelly, and his cousin Jarrel Hall.
Keyontae’s love and light extended throughout his family. He is survived by five devoted aunties: Cheryl (Reginald) Hall of Lorton, VA, Gwendolyn Walker of Tallahassee, Fl. Deborah (Kenny) Watson, Twila Walker, and Teresa Kelly, all of Macon, GA and one beloved nephew, Deshundra Austin Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memory a host of cousins and close friends, including Robert Binns of Washington, GA, Regina Hall of Lorton, VA, Erika (Akee Sr.) Thomas Macon, GA, Kerita(Patrick)Boland of Tallahassee Fl, Ephiram (Cynthia) Jones, Michael Kelly of Macon, GA and Dontae Walker of Tallahassee, Fl. along with many others who were touched by his presence.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered for the light he brought into the world.
