We gather here today to celebrate the life of Kendra Eirel Waters, a young lady whose heart was as vast as the oceans and whose love was as unwavering as the faith she carried. Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void in our hearts, we take comfort in knowing that her spirit, her kindness, and her love will forever remain with us.
Kendra Eirel Waters was born in Chicago, Illinois, on November 26, 1994, to the parentage of Mr. Shawn Williams and Mrs. Lisa Waters-Williams.
She joined the Greater Overcoming Church of God at the age of 12, under the leadership of the late Bishop John L Cotton. She served faithfully in the Youth Choir and Praise Dance Ministry.
Kendra was educated in the Houston County School System. She was a graduate of the Warner Robins High School, Class of 2013. During her middle school years, Kendra was involved in the Choir Band. In high school she was in the ROTC for two years, Softball one year and Choir Band. In 2014, Kendra studied Medical Billing at Roosevelt Warm Springs in Warm Springs, Georgia.
For those who knew her best, Kendra loved getting her nails done and was a “fashionista” at heart.
On Sunday, August 3, 2025, she entered into eternal rest. She was preceded in death by her Grandmother: Lena Mae Waters and Grandfathers: Lenny Waters and Jethrow Williams Jr.
Kendra Eirel Waters leaves to cherish her memories: loving and caring parents: Lisa Waters-Williams and Shawn Williams; Brother: Devon Waters; Sisters: Shanice Waters and Shantel Williams of Texas; Grandmother: Velma Williams of Benton Harbor, Michigan; Nieces: Serenity Williams, Norah Williams and Novalee Williams; Nephews: Victor Williams Jr. and Noah Bouyer; and a host of relatives in the loving Williams and Waters Family.
