Jessica Louise Ross was born August 20,1991 to Mr. John Johnekins Sr. and The Late Carrie Lou Johnekins-Goolsby.
Miss.Ross attended Bibb County Schools and graduated from Southwest Magnet High School and Law Academy. She was a member of Greater Overcoming Church of God, where she served as an usher under the leadership of Overseer Geraldine R. Cotton. She served with great love and compassion. Jess loved coming to church and praising God. She never wanted to miss a day of church. Being in his presences made her joyful. She was a person with a big smile. One who loved all the old TV shows. She also enjoyed being outside, hanging with family and friends, and quality time with beautiful energetic son ,Ormani. The Lord called her home on April 15,2023, and gave her wings that she very well deserved. We all have so many memories of Jessica, but her big smile will be remembered the most.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Her son , Ormani M. Clark; Father, John Johnekins Sr.(Toya); Two brothers John Johnekins Jr. and Antonio Lewis-Ross; Three sisters, Quintina Rockmore, Latina Johnekins, and Appolonia Chaney; A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
