A dedicated care giver, Gale worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Eastview Nursing Home for over 25 years until her health began to decline. Her compassion, kindness, skills, work ethics, and commitment to serving others were evident throughout her career. She took her job very seriously as being voted the best Healthcare Professional of the year in the Southeastern Region in 1998 In the early 1990's, Gale gave her life to Jesus Christ, and joined Bellevue Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Charles Jones.
Gale's love for her children, grandchildren, sisters, and brothers was the reason she was so remarkable. Even in her final days, she enjoyed spending time praying and being with her family, especially reminiscing with her siblings about the "good old days."

Gale's life was a testament to her strength, resilience, determination, courage, perseverance. and Even in the midst of her struggles, challenges, and health issues, she will had a way of making others laugh and I've never met someo ane who experienced so many adversities, but exemplified so much strength. The fortitude of her character and the depth of her love for God, family, and those around her reflects her ability to overcome diflicult times.
