On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, the Lord saw fit to call Deacon Freddie B. Browner home to rest from labor.
Deacon Freddie B. Browner was a beloved husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend. At an early age, he accepted Christ into his life. He lived with quiet strength and unwavering faith. He was educated in the Bibb County School system. Deacon Browner was a self-made man that loved family, hunting, fishing and church. He was a retired employee of Tommy L. Griffin Heating and Plumbing Company.
Deacon Browner was affectionately known as Pops, by his grandchildren and Big Fred by a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
Deacon Browner was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rosa Mae Browner; daughter, LaKeeta V. Browner and his beloved brothers and sisters. Mourning his death are his wife, Mrs. Robersine Browner; sibling, Carrie Browner; children, Freddie Lee Browner, Betty (Willie) Blash, Bernice Browner, Linda (Mohomeorlee) Colbert, Brenda Browner, Melton (Sharon) Browner, Tracy Browner, Sherrie Browner, Sherrylynn Browner, Fredrick (Emily) Browner, Angela Browner, and Kimberly Browner. His memory is also cherished by 42 grandchildren; 55 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Deacon Freddie B. Browner’s legacy of love, faith and family lives on through all who were blessed to know him.
