Earl McKinsey Ussery

Mr. Earl McKinsey Usssery was born July 7, 1957, in Bibb County to the parentage of the late Joseph E. Ussery and Susie Pope Ussery.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother (Larry D. Howard), and a son from previous union (Earl M. Ussery jr.).

Earl was educated in the Bibb County public school system. He was employed by Georgia Power Union (Local 1210) for fourteen years prior to retirement. In his younger years, Earl enjoyed riding motorcylces, fashion, and family.

On Saturday, July 12'h", 2025 the angels called his name and he answered after a hard fought cancer battle. "Because of Christ, death is not final. It is a passage from one world to the next."

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Rose Ussery; children Chiquita (Marcus) Thomas, Rico (Janice) Ussery, Cedric (Allison) Ussery, Kelvin Ussery, Candice Peters, Paris Redding, and Jonquavius Crowell; a brother, Elbert (Annie) Ussery; a sister, Patricia (James) Dumas; twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
