Delores Pugh was born on December 28, 1950. She was a graduate of Ballard Hudson High School in Macon, Georgia. Delores has three siblings: two sisters, Joyce McCoy and Valanda Denson and one brother, Johnny Pugh. Delores has one son, Thaddeus Pugh and five grandchildren: Ashley Pugh, Zerick Pugh, Dajah Gallemore, Jaquan Brown, and Layla Pugh.
She was a member of Jehovah’s Witness for 30 plus years.
