Delores Hale

Delores Hale was born on February 18, 1938, to the loving parents of Isa Sandifer and John Henry Sandifer both preceded her in death.

Delores attended Unionville Elementary School and graduated from Ballard Hudson High School. She worked many years at Dillard Clothing. She met the love of her life, Eddie Pines, Jr. and was joined in Holy Matrimony in 1955 and from this union three children was born, Ian-niece, Tanice and Derrick.

She departed this life on October 5, 2023 after a lengthy illness in Twiggs County, Georgia at Advance Health Care. She was preceded in death by her children, Jan-niece and Derrick; her parents, Isa and John Henry Sandifer and one brother, Talmich Sandifer.

Delores leaves to cherish her precious memories her daughter, Janice Johnson; four step-children, Sarah (Eugene) Young, Jaqetha Price, Eddie Pines, Jr. and Jackie Hollinson; one grandson, whom she adored, Deron Johnson; five great grandchildren, Duran Johnson III, Ikia, Ahric, Imene Johnson, Tyanna Jackson; seven step children; one devoted niece, Linda Wells; a host of devoted family and friends and her devoted pastor, Pastor Dexter A. Jordan of Center Hill Baptist Church.
