Cynthia McMullen was born September 27, 1960, in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Sidney Knolton and Effie Knolton. Cynthia graduated from Murphy High School in Atlanta, Georgia in 1978.
Cynthia was employed by CBI Equifax in Atlanta, Georgia for over 20 years. She also worked at Target in Macon, Georgia. Her most recent job was Reynolds Insurance, where she was known as “The Insurance Lady” in her community.
Cynthia joined Rocky Mount Baptist Church in Reynolds, Georgia, where she was a faithful member and served as vice president of the Usher Board.
Cynthia loved her family and took special care of her nieces and nephews. She believed in strong discipline and they loved her even more for the time that she took with them.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves to cherish her brothers, James Knolton and Edward Knolton of Roberta, Georgia; two nieces, LaTesha Tyner of Lizella, Georgia and Tibitha Knolton of Roberts, Georgia; three nephews, Marcal Knolton of Warner Robins, Georgia, Quintin Knolton of Byron, Georgia and Leonard Knight of Atlanta, Georgia and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
