Curtis Williams Obituary

Curtis Lee Williams was born to the late Lonnie Williams and Alice Brown Williams on March 10, 1952, in Macon, Georgia. He was a member of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church. He served in the United States Army after high school. He retired from Continental Airlines. Curtis enjoyed traveling, fishing, hunting, entertaining, meeting people, and spending time with his family and friends.

He departed from his earthly home on February 19, 2024.

Curtis Lee was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Alice Williams and his siblings, Eileen Bell, Lonnie Mae Taylor, and Edward Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memories with his spouse: Dr. Margaret L. Williams; sons, Chad Williams (Yolonda), Lee Michael Williams; stepdaughter, Selena L. Young; grandchildren, Jordan Hendrix, Courtney Young, Peighton Williams, and Kya Williams; one great granddaughter, Brielle Hendrix; brothers-in-law, Tommy Lester (Geraldine), James Lester (Rose Marian), John Lester (Helen), and James Thomas; sisters-in-laws, Kate Singleton, Pearl Marable, and Rose Lester; two aunts-in-law, Minnie Gatewood and Johnnie Ruth Hunter; a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, friends, and other family. A special friend and caregiver, Willard Wetherington and caring neighbors, Rickey and Ann Wilmore.
