Charlie Fred Billingslea

Mr. Charlie Fred Billingslea Jr., age 70, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at Atrium Medical Center. He was born on January 23, 1955, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Charlie Fred Billingslea Sr. and Pettie M. Billingslea.

Charlie was raised in the church and faithfully served as an usher at Damascus CME Church. He attended Dudley Hughes School and proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1976 to 1987.  This past summer, he became a member of White Springs Baptist Church.

He leaves to mourn and cherish his memory his devoted and beautiful fiancée, Shelia Burnett; one sister, Linda Faye (Rev. Felix A.) Thomas; one brother, Steve (Sonja) Billingslea Sr.; two nieces, Sryneetra Billingslea and Brittney Billingslea; one nephew, Steve (Kia) Billingslea Jr.; along with a host of other loving relatives and dear friends.
