Bobby J. Tinsley

Bobby J. Tinsley was born September 20, 1941 in Bibb County, GA to the late Willie and Ruby Wade Tinsley.

Bobby J. Tinsley attended G.W. Carver and Ballard-Hudson Jr. High School. At an early age he attended Friendship Baptist Church where he devoted his life to Christ. He was under the leadership of the late Rev. J. L. Mills.

Bobby J. Tinsley was known for his ability to fix any and everything. He was a master at many tasks. This ability allowed him to build relationships with new and old friends, family and the community. He will definitely be missed.

He departed this life on Monday, April 21, 2025 in Macon, GA.

He leaves to cherish friend, Elizabeth Brown; sister, Jacquelyn Harris; sons, Darrell Tinsley and Van (Cynthia Wilson) Tinsley; daughters, Arianna Green and Akia Easley; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; true friend and caretaker, Wyeatha Jones; and a very close local community.
