On Sunday, May 10, 2026, Belinda Smith, peacefully entered into eternal rest. She was born on December 23, 1954, to Franklin Smith and Dorothy Smith in Macon, Georgia.
Belinda attended District of Columbia Public Schools and later graduated from Job Corps. She enjoyed spending time with her family, helping others, shopping, listening to music, and telling jokes that brought laughter to those around her.
Belinda worked for many years at Walmart before retiring. She will be remembered for her kindness, sense of humor and love for her family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving father, Franklin Smith; her children, Antonio Smith and Sarah Smith; her sibling, Betty Smith; eleven grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Belinda was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Dorothy Smith; her sister, Jacquelyn Smith; her son, Samuel Smith and her niece, Dorothy Smith and nephew, Tyrone Smith.
