Beadle Campbell

Beadle Campbell was born to the late Verlee and Lucy Boone in Doithan, Alabama.  He departed this life on August 22, 2025 at his residence in Macon, Georgia.

Beadle was educated in the Newark, New Jersey Public School system.  He then later graduated from Essex Community College.  He joined the United States Marine Corp in February 1957 and served for 3 years as a rifleman.  After his service in the Marine Corp he became a licensed plumber, where he worked for Essex County Prison System until he became a police officer for Essex County in 1981and retired in 1993.

Beadle relocated to Macon, Georgia in 1993 and became a police officer at Fort Valley State University for 15 years.  He received several awards and accommodations for his service. 

Beadle was married to the late Martha Jean Campbell for 52 years until her passing.  Together they loved to host and visit family which was a part of his life. He was a loving husband, devoted father known for his kind heart and warm hearted nature.

He was preceded in death by his wife; children, Terry, Micheal, Christopher; baby girl Campbell; daughter, Mozette Ward; brothers, Jack, Cleroy, Thomas, Johnny and sister, Willie Pearl Campbell.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Reverend Rahsshard (Sabrina) Dwight and Dwayne (Dottie) Campbell; his god son, Devone Howard; god daughter, Tasha Potter; sister, Maryln (Ernest) Johnson; aunt, Irene Campbell; 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
