Armani Dennis Obituary

Life is like a rollercoaster.  This ride is full of turns, ups and downs, that we have no control over. The ride of Armani Lee Dennis began on June 6, 2024, in Macon, Georgia. His favorite passengers were Garmerro Dennis (father) and Iman White (mother). He made it to his destination peacefully on April 15, 2025, at 11:11am in the comfort of his own residence.

Armani, better known as “Peanut”, gained his nickname from his appearance on his ultrasound but once he was born, the name stuck with him due to his brown complexion, round/bald head and his little slick piece of hair.

In 10 months of riding this roller coaster of life, he never met a stranger. His presence was well known. He caught your attention with his dimples, mesmerized you with his eyes and melted you with his loving spirit. Peanut enjoyed being around his loving family, loved the outdoors, and was a melomaniac (lover of good music).

Peanut’s destination made a drastic turn while being diagnosed with a rare brain cancer called Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor (ATRT). He fought this illness valiantly for 5 months undergoing brain surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation and through it all, he was the strongest child you could have ever met.

Those who remain to cherish his memories and legacy are his parents, Garmerro Dennis and Iman White; his loving siblings, Jameer West, Jamaal West, Laethyn Hickey, Erica Paul, Montaz Dennis, Ahmerro Dennis, Chase Dennis, Jaevyn Dennis, Kaedryn Dennis, and Kashton Dennis. God parents: Sherricka Brown and Jeff Brown, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
