Alphatina Nelsonia Smith

Ms Alphatina Nelsonia Smith, age 78, died May 13, 2025, at Atrium Navient Health in Macon, Georgia.

Alphatina "Tina" Smith was born April 11, 1947, to the parentage of the late John Pat Smith Sr and Lillian Fail Smith.

Tina was a faithful member of Stubbs Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Macon Georgia.

Alphatina is preceded in death by Mother Lillian and, Father John Pat Smith Sr., Sister Bessie Mae Smith, Brother, Willie Green Sr. and John Pat Smith Jr., and a great grandchild, Natalia R. Simmons.

She is survived by her daughters; LaDelphia Elaine Johnson, Jacqueline Anita Faulks, Stephanie Janelle Whitehead (Anthony), Codi La Vette Davis (Tyrone)-South Carolina, sons, Stephen James Rhynes and Ramone "Rabbit" Nichols Rhynes (Yolanda), sister in love, Larfate "Faye" Smith.

Special friends: Martha Bryant, Forsyth GA.,Albert King and Otha Dennis.

She leaves to cherish a host of grandchildren, great, great-great and great-great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
